Knightley’s Shockingly Unique Performance Stuns Cher

ⓒ The Sydney Morning Herald

Keira Knightley recently left music icon Cher speechless during a surprise performance on The Graham Norton Show. Knightley, best known for her role in *Pride and Prejudice*, chose an unconventional method to perform Cher’s hit song, “Believe.” Instead of using a microphone, she employed her teeth and fingernails to create a surprisingly melodic rendition.

Before launching into the song, Knightley jokingly admitted, “This is sort of like some sort of a nightmare.” However, her performance clearly impressed Cher, who exclaimed, “She’s hitting the notes!” Knightley, laughing, confessed, “I don’t know how I do it!” She revealed that she learned the unusual technique as a child, mimicking a cool classmate.

Even the show’s host, Graham Norton, couldn’t help but comment, describing the performance as “really clever… but so pointless.” This wasn’t Knightley’s first foray into toothy tunes; she previously performed “Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head” and “Despacito” using the same technique on other talk shows.

The unexpected performance has sparked considerable online buzz, with many praising Knightley’s creativity and audacity.
